There are many ways that companies and their employees can choose to support people who are impacted by diabetes.

Diabetes WA is seeking opportunities for corporate partnerships that further develop our management, prevention, campaign and research programmes.

We are extremely grateful to those organisations that have supported various initiatives already.

Sponsorship
Diabetes WA has recently been selected as an Associate Charity Partner of the Fremantle Football Club (Dockers) for the season 2012. This partnership offers Diabetes WA the opportunity to raise our profile within the clubs 42,000 members, numerous supporters, associates and stakeholders. Sponsors of this program will enjoy a similar benefit, along with many others.

DWA has developed a simple and unique sponsorship package that offers the opportunity to financially support Diabetes WA and participate directly with a key member of the Dockers, Nat Fyfe. For more information click here or contact deanne.dymock@diabeteswa.com.au

Donations
Your company could make a monetary donation to Diabetes WA. This could perhaps be done in recognition of an organisation’s achievements (e.g. 1000 hours injury free) which would allow for employee participation.

Fundraising Events
There are plenty of opportunities to join Diabetes WA as a corporate team in events such as the HBF Run for a Reason. Keep an eye on this section of the website as well as our calendar for information about upcoming events that you can support. If you would like to put together a corporate team for these events, please contact us on 9436 6270.

You may also like to nominate Diabetes WA to be the beneficiary of an event you are organising such as casual dress Friday, a gala ball or an afternoon tea.

In-Kind Donations
Diabetes WA understands there may be supporters who are unable to contribute funds, but have access to goods or services that could be donated in-kind. Each year, we participate in a variety of fundraising events and campaigns that require items to be used as prizes or auction pieces.
