How Much Do You Really Eat?


All of the following foods contain approx 600kJ of energy:

-90g of lean steak
-20 prawns
-1 tablespoon of peanut butter
-15 cashew nuts
-6 cups of strawberries
-2 teasoons of oil/butter/margarine
-½ avocado
-¼ meat pie
-1 stubby full strength beer
-1 very small slice of cheesecake
