Roast Beef and Horseradish Sandwiches

Ingredients
8 Slices (320g / 102/3 oz) grainy soy and linseed bread
2 tablespoons bottled horseradish cream
250g (8oz) lean roast beef, thinly sliced
100g (31/3 oz) beetroot, peeled and grated
50g (12/3 oz) snowpea sprouts
cracked black pepper

Method

  1. Spread 4 slices of bread with horseradish.
  2. Top with the shaved beef, grated beetroot and snowpea sprouts. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper. Top with remaining bread slices, cut and serve.
