After this 90 minute interactive food preparation session conducted
by one of our Diabetes Educator Dietitians, you will leave equipped with
a range of cooking techniques that will enable you to prepare tasty and
healthy, low GI snacks and meals. You will also be encouraged to taste
test a variety of healthy products that you may not have tried before.
All Cook Smart sessions are FREE to NDSS Registrants and Diabetes WA Members.
This session is located at Diabetes WA Level 3, 322 Hay street, Subiaco.
