If you are currently a member of Diabetes WA, your username will be the first letter of your first name, then your surname followed by your year of birth. Then your password will be the full birthdate in numbers.

For example, member John Smith was born 29/03/1961. His login details would be as follows:

Username: JSmith61
Password:29031961
