The Fremantle Football Club has selected Diabetes WA as an official associate charity partner for the 2012 AFL season, to help raise awareness of the prevalence and impact of diabetes on the Western Australian community. As part of National Diabetes Week, this event offers the opportunity to come and meet your favourite Fremantle Docker and Diabetes WA Ambassador Michael Johnson, sample tasty tucker, learn tips to keep fit and healthy and be entertained by Aboriginal dance group “Halo” and singers.
