The Get on Track Challenge is a FREE, fun and entertaining team-based physical activity and healthy eating program for all West Australian adults.

It is a great health promoting activity for employers who are committed to improving employee health and wellbeing.

The challenge encourages employees to form teams, register online and participate in an inter-workplace competition. Participants not only aim to increase and record their daily physical activity, but are also encouraged to monitor their daily fruit and vegetable intake as well. They record their activity over the challenge period and watch their team progress along a West Australian track.

The online program provides interactive resources designed to help participants be active and make healthy food choices everyday, in a fun and supportive team environment. The challenge can assist participants to prevent weight gain and related complications, including diabetes, heart disease and some cancers and when run in a workplace environment it can also have a great impact on team morale and productivity.
