Shop Smart In A Classroom provides guidance and enables consumers to practice skills that support healthy food choices. Participants will have the opportunity to analyse and apply recommended dietary practices that assist in the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle and management of type 2 diabetes.
It is suited for those who would prefer to learn their shopping skills in a classroom setting (minus the hassles of a crowded supermarket aisle).
It is FREE to NDSS registrants and Diabetes WA Members. $20 for all others
