Are you concerned about hypos and physical activity?
Help us find a way to overcome barriers to physical activity so people living with type 1 diabetes can confidently achieve their physical activity goals!
We are looking for adults living with type 1 diabetes, aged between 18-65 years to participate in our study. Over the course of a month, we will ask you to attend two group workshops running for between one to three hours.
As part of the workshops, we will ask you to complete three questionnaires – the first, before the workshop – part 1, the second before the workshop – part 2 and the final questionnaire will be sent at 12 weeks following the initial workshop.
There will be an option for some to join a private Facebook group for the duration of the study. Finally, you will be invited to participate in an optional follow-up focus group soon after completing the final online questionnaire. All workshops and focus groups will be offered in convenient locations north, south and central to Perth city.
