Participants of type 2 diabetes workshop 'DESMOND' share their experiences

DESMOND brings patient-centred care to life.

DESMOND is: Diabetes Education and Self-Management for Ongoing and Newly Diagnosed.

The program is an evidence based workshop designed to support people living with type 2 diabetes. The program recognises that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to diabetes management. It is intended to provide your patients with a welcoming and non-judgemental space. Here they can plan how they would like to manage their diabetes.
