Do you have a question about diabetes?

We are here to answer all of your questions – and no question is too hard, too trivial or too silly for us.

Diabetes WA runs the Diabetes WA Information and Advice Line (DIAL), a telephone call back service manned by credentialled diabetes educators.

Educators are trained to help you best manage your diabetes. They can provide information, education and counselling on all aspects of diabetes care, as well as helping you to problem solve and manage any issues that arise. They can also refer you on to other healthcare professionals or services should the need arise.

How does it work?

It’s easy. Call us on 1300 001 880 and ask to speak with a DIAL diabetes educator. We will take down your details and a credentialled diabetes educator will call you back as soon as possible. All telephone conversations are confidential.

Alternatively, you can email one of our credentialled diabetes educators for a confidential written response.

What does it cost?

DIAL can be accessed for the cost of a local call. Emailed responses are free.

When can I call?

DIAL is staffed 8.30am to 4.30pm weekdays.
