The NDSS provides a range of support services to help you, your family and your carers learn more about managing life with diabetes. These support services are administered by Diabetes WA in Western Australia.
These support services are generally provided free or at a minimal cost to people who are registered with the NDSS.
NDSS Registration Card and Information Book
After you have been diagnosed with diabetes and you have registered with the NDSS, you will receive a registration card and an information book.
The book is provides general information on NDSS services, products and understanding diabetes.
Group education programs
People registered with the NDSS can attend many Diabetes WA programs free of charge. Find a program that is right for you.
The NDSS Multicultural Diabetes Portal (external site) has diabetes information translated into 21 languages for culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
