Diabetes WA Connect

This innovative service allows GPs to access timely endocrinologist advice for complex diabetes cases.

Diabetes WA Connect provides direct access to specialist clinical support to help you manage challenging presentations, medication adjustments and care planning.

You can use Diabetes Connect to:

  • Discuss complex case management

  • Seek guidance on insulin initiation or adjustment

  • Clarify medication strategies

  • Support patients experiencing complications

  • Access GP education and practice support

Diabetes WA provides one on one clinical appointments as well as group diabetes self-management education programs, across metropolitan and regional WA.
