Are you concerned about the direction your health is taking?
Then let’s turn it around, together.
Type 2 Diabetes • Heart Disease • Stroke
Let’s Prevent Digital is a unique, education and behaviour change program based on evidence from the UK and Australia.
Diabetes WA, with the generous support of Lotterywest, is adapting an online structured behaviour change program for Western Australian audiences at risk of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
The program will support you in setting your own health goals, rather than these being set for you. That’s left to you because we know that when it comes to your health and lifestyle, you are the expert.

Why should I participate?
Let’s Prevent Digital is a free online program that will put you on the path to better health and wellbeing. It’s not a fad diet or exercise regime. It’s a health program that provides you with practical information and skills that will enable you to make simple, sustainable lifestyle changes.
You will learn the healthiest way to lose weight, how to make better food choices, and how to build exercise into your daily routine. Plus, you’ll be on track to prevent chronic conditions like type 2 diabetes, heart disease and stroke.
Best of all, you’ll get to chat with other like-minded people and the opportunity to ask health professionals any burning questions to support you on your journey.
“Let’s Prevent has been really good for me. I am feeling much more energetic and my mood has improved. People at work have noticed how well I am doing.”
Jessica Tengaio, Let’s Prevent Participant.
“The program brought home the need to do something now before it is too late. It was quite motivating.”
