Dose Adjustment for Normal Eating (DAFNE) is a group seminar designed for adults with type 1 diabetes.
The Diabetes Education and Self Management for Ongoing and Newly Diagnosed (DESMOND) workshop is an education course designed to support people living with type 2 diabetes.
MyDESMOND empowers you to self-manage type-2 diabetes online. Adapted from the face-to-face program, MyDESMOND brings together evidence-based content and interactive activities on health, diet and exercise.
The SMART programs are a range of short group education workshops designed to help you better manage your diabetes.
