Our structured programs will give you the motivation and support to turn today’s healthy choices into lifelong healthy habits. We run a number of individual, group and workplace programs that will help you to choose a healthy diet, get active and improve your health.


For individuals

Let’s Prevent is a holistic lifestyle education program that can help you to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes, heart disease and stroke. We currently deliver this in WA’s South West. Read more about Let’s Prevent.

For groups
