Our National Diabetes Week resources are available!

For National Diabetes Week 2025 (13-19 July) we are celebrating the #DiabetesVillageWA  the complex support networks that make a difference for West Australians living with diabetes.

Tackling diabetes needs all of us  it needs a Diabetes Village. For some West Australians living with diabetes, this village will be built around family. For some, it will be built around friends. Others will build a network around sporting clubs or community organisations. Whatever it looks like, a solid network can provide holistic care and ease the burden of managing a chronic condition.
