Macaroni cheese with ham and spinach

Ingredients
200 g (6 ½ oz) macaroni
30 g (1 oz) reduced-fat polyunsaturated margarine
125 g (4 oz) 97% fat-free ham, finely sliced
1 ½ plain flour
1 ¾ cups (440 ml/ 14 fl oz) skim or no-fat milk
1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
50 g (1 2/3 oz) baby spinach, roughly chopped
1/3 cup (40 g/ 1 1/3 oz) grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese
